2. Property renovations and decorations

Our experienced renovation and design team updates and furnishes the property and prepares it for rental.

Property renovation, furnishing, design and ultimate listing presentation are built upon years of experience and proprietary knowledge on maximizing the potential average daily rate (ADR) and return on investment (ROI).


3. Getting the property listed on booking platforms

The property commences rental activity and is listed either with a Best in Class Property Management Partner.

4. Refinance the initial short term debt

The short term financing used to acquire and renovate the property is refinanced and replaced with a longer term rental property loan.

5. Investment Capitalization

Shares of the Property are Fractionalized and Allocated to the Diversified Fund and Fractional Shareholder Interests

Get the Diversified Fund and own a part in each home in the Guestor vacation rental portfolio. Or pick and choose your favorite destinations and homes you want to invest in with the Fractional Ownership

6. Income

Investors can choose to receive monthly distributions of net investment income or re-invest into the Diversified Fund to build their portfolio and accelerate their monthly returns.

7. Property Sale

After the holding period (five to seven years), the property will be sold for maximum sale value.

Fractional investors can utilise distributions to acquire new properties or re-invest into the Diversified Fund.
